ABOUT
If there are two key issues facing boardrooms today, it’s technology and talent, how to innovate and how to retain those individuals businesses rely on evolve and push forward. But when it comes to talent retention, and attraction, leaders now face the world of the Great Resignation, with workforces increasingly attuned to their mental health, and how the world of employment impacts them. Is this a passing fad that bosses can ignore? Or do C-suites need to prepare to retool how they do business?
The Arabian Business UAE Forum 2022 will dive into these topics across a two-day agenda on technology and mental health, on June 28 and 29.
Day one will focus on technology and the rate at which the tech eco-system is becoming fragmented, with new players and new sectors emerging on a daily basis. The programme of events will lean into Fintech, Climate Tech, Ed Tech, Med Tech, Big Tech, and a master class on the Metaverse.
Day two will hone in on the future of work and mental health in the workplace, with panels discussing the ROI of workplace mental health, how to implement a focus on mental health in a business environment and the importance of top down mental health adoption in organisations.
